Sarah is a unlicensed assistant. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Sarah joins the Baikie family at RE/MAX Check Realty. Harper started his real estate career in 1973 in sales, management and office ownership. Over the years he has earned many top honours for selling and office management. Harper always gives personalized service and puts the customer first, whether this is their first purchase or they are repeat loyal customers.
Chris is an excellent written, oral and new media communicator and is well known for his genuine enthusiasm and excellent market knowledge. Partnering with his wife Sarah Baikie, his Unlicensed Assistant, together they provide outstanding customer service. Whether listing, buying or referring Chris will assist with your needs and concerns, and his easy going personality will make the experience enjoyable. Chris is son to Bruce Baikie who has enjoyed 40 successful years in the local Real Estate market and is co-owner of RE/MAX Check Realty
How the Team Works
Chris & Harper are the licensed Real Estate Sales Representatives. They communicate with buyers and sellers via email/phone/fax, receive showing requests and coordinate the showing with the seller, write and explain contracts, negotiate a contract on behalf of a buyer or the seller, compile and present comparative market analysis, compile market reviews and recommend price/list info adjustment if necessary, host open houses, and submit listings to the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (MLS®)
Sarah is our Administrative Assistant manages our data base and performs administrative duties ensuring The Baikies provide an unparalleled level of service to both current buyers and sellers, and potential buyers and sellers.
The Baikie name has been associated with real estate in Campbell River for over 40 years and it is our intention to continue to serve this community for decades to come.
